The facility is comprised of a 19,000 square foot outdoor display area; an 11,000 square foot greenhouse; and a 7,500 square foot produce market and grocery store. The building foundation is slab on select grade, supported by perimeter grade beams, piers and a retaining wall. The slab is designed with a slight slope from all areas to five series of fifty-foot slot/trench drains to eliminate any standing water throughout the facility. In addition, the space required MEP alterations to accommodate the checkout registers, product display coolers/freezers, and refrigeration storage units.
