FDC was founded on the principals of honesty, high ethics, trust and commitment. We understand the legalistic world now requires contracts, subcontracts and documentation, but we strongly believe our spoken word, a verbal commitment, or a team decision must have the same level of unwavering commitment.
Our growth and reputation have been built on performing 100% private work with a healthy mixture of commercial office buildings, retail, interior renovation, religious facilities, and industrial projects for private owners who needed a contractor they can trust and depend upon.
You will not be hiring FDC simply for our expertise but asking for our dedication to your goals, bestowing upon us your trust and expecting our commitment to our promises.
Whether you are acting on behalf of your business partners or your congregation, we do not take this "Leap of Faith" lightly and FDC will not let you down. Teamwork is the key.
To our subcontractors and suppliers, our partners in the construction process, we have slanted most of this website toward providing information to potential owners. Hopefully, this will provide opportunities for us both. But please note we understand our customer base goes downstream as well as upstream. We can only perform as well as the team we assemble for each project, and we are all dependant on each other in order to perform at our respective top levels.
