Frank C. Dale
As CEO, with over 30 years of construction industry experience, Frank is
responsible for the overall performance and strategy of Frank Dale Construction, LTD. Prior to forming FDC in 1997, he began his career working for Centex in various leadership roles. Since starting FDC, Frank has served on the board of several industry organizations including, the Association of Builders and Contractors (ABC) and was named one of Fort Worth Inc.’s 2019 Entrepreneurs of Excellence. He holds a degree in Construction Management from University Of Southern Mississippi.
Bob H. Armstrong
With over 30 years of construction industry experience, Bob serves as COO of Frank Dale Construction, where he has the pivotal role of holding responsibility for the day-to-day operations and administration of FDC. Bob’s goal is to provide leadership and ensure that the company is maintaining its operational targets. Prior to being named COO, Bob began his career with Centex Construction serving in various capacities. Throughout his tenure with FDC, Bob has extensive leadership experience in a wide variety of business segments and business functions. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
Vice President - Operations
Chris joined FDC in 2018 and leads FDC’s operations team with a BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and over 20 years of experience in the
construction industry. His responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning how resources are to be utilized. Chris leads the office and field construction staff, and supports the team for successful completion of projects to ensure customer satisfaction. Chris provides a wealth of knowledge and vast experience in building across many product types and methods of delivery.
Vice President - Preconstruction
As VP of Preconstruction, Johnny serves both external and internal clients by providing oversight of estimate compilation (from feasibility through final contract), cultivation of partnerships with subcontractors and vendors, and initial constructability review and project scheduling. Johnny joined the Frank Dale Construction family in 2020 and brings 13 years of concentrated preconstruction experience across a wide variety of building segments and sizes. Johnny is known for his value of viewing every project as his own and for embracing technology to improve company practices.
Vice President - Business Development
Tyler leads our business development and client advocacy efforts. He has significant experience in multiple roles in the general contracting and design-build business across many different product types. This background allows him to be a major asset to our clients, especially during the design phase of integrated delivery projects. Tyler will work hand in hand with our clients, design partners, and preconstruction/operations teams to ensure that our clients needs are met. He brings 15+ years of experience and relationships to the FDC team. Tyler holds a degree in business from Rice University.
