The Kiddie Academy Project is a ground up building consisting of piers, grade beam and Slab on grade foundation, crowned by a conventional steel and wood framed structure. The interior includes classrooms, restrooms, a kitchen, and laundry room and office areas. The mechanical systems are placed on an exterior roof mezzanine hidden by a mansard roof structure. The site required full utility upgrades, parking lot, fire lane paving, and stone walls around the perimeter. Two unwavering priorities for the project were security/access control systems and a four month construction schedule.
