MELETIO LIGHTING AND ELECTRIC

FDC successfully negotiated this project with Meletio Electric. The project consisted of a new 7,500 sq. ft. up-scale lighting showroom located in Frisco, Texas. The exterior is composed of split face limestone, brick masonry, a curved metal roof on half of the project, and a modified built up roof on the remaining that housed the mechanical units. The interior is composed of marble flooring, ceramic tile, and stained concrete. This project was over budget and the preconstruction services department of FDC helped bring the project into budget, while maintaining the stringent exterior façade criteria required by the City of Frisco
