Although this facility houses a 45,000 square feet retail showroom, NRS World Headquarters is more than just a "western" store. The facility also includes a 17,500 square foot administration and marketing facility, as well as a 35,000 square foot distribution warehouse. Other campus amenities include a functioning round pen for equine demonstration, a full service feed store, a 5,000 square foot hay barn, a drive thru grain elevator for bulk purchases, and a 7,000 square foot patio feature, complete with a fire pit, fountain, and a functioning windmill. There is approximately one mile of pipe and cable fence surrounding the 16-acre campus, and 2 miles of chip-seal cart paths to access the surrounding ranch. This project was completed in April of 2015.
