Richardson Bike Mart was the ground up construction of the company’s third location in the DFW Metroplex.  Construction consisted of slab on grade with conventional steel structure with a masonry and plaster façade.  Along with the shell construction, FDC completed a full tenant finish out of the building including retail shop, bike maintenance/repair facility, and a full locker room with showers.
